How Our Payment Structure Works

Our services operate on a two-phase payment structure:

  • Deposit: Required to begin work and secure your spot
  • Final Payment: Due prior to project handoff or by a specific date (depending on service)

Deposit Refund Policy

3-Day Consideration Period

You have 3 business days from the time you submit your deposit payment to request a full refund for any reason. We recognize that sometimes circumstances change or you may need time to fully consider your decision.

After the 3-Day Period

Once the 3-day consideration period expires, deposits become completely non-refundable – no partial refunds will be considered.

Service-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel your project for any reason (capacity constraints, unforeseen circumstances, etc.), you will receive a full deposit refund regardless of timing.

Final Payment Flexibility

We recognize that situations can evolve during project development. When your project nears completion, we will send you a final payment request at least 3 business days before the payment due date, clearly stating the deadline.

If you cancel your project more than 2 business days before that stated final payment due date, you will not be obligated to make the final payment. However, your deposit remains completely non-refundable as outlined above, and you will not receive any work product or deliverables completed up to that point.
